If you’ve been part of my world for a while, you probably know the polished brand, the bold messaging, and the strategic frameworks. But today, I want to take you behind the scenes—not just into my business, but into the evolution that shaped it.
Because Soulful CEO wasn’t born from a branding brainstorm.
It was born from a deep integration of two truths I had to live my way into:
✨ That I’m here to lead at a high level
✨ And that success without soul isn’t really success at all
Let’s talk about what it actually means to build a business that holds both.
From Woo to Whole
When I first started using the word “soul” in my work, it was a reflection of what I was personally exploring. I was moving through a powerful inner transformation—stepping away from my corporate leadership consultancy, navigating identity shifts, and reconnecting with what felt most meaningful.
At that time, my work got a little… woo. I leaned hard into the spiritual side of entrepreneurship. And while that season was important (and honestly healing), I eventually realized something was missing.
The CEO part.
Because I had left behind a powerful piece of who I am: the operator, the strategist, the woman who had built high-performing teams across North America and scaled companies from the ground up. I knew business. I knew leadership. And I knew I wanted to do more than just feel aligned—I wanted to create results that were deeply rooted in purpose and impossible to ignore.
Soulful CEO was born from that integration.
It’s the space where mastery meets meaning.
Where strategy is built on depth, not templates.
Where alignment isn’t a marketing trend—it’s the foundation.
The Difference Between “Inspired” and “Intentional”
I see a lot of entrepreneurs build businesses from personal experiences. That’s natural—we create what we once needed. But there’s a distinction that has to be made:
Are you building a business that feels good to you, or one that actually serves your ideal client?
Both matter. But the delivery, the positioning, the offer—it has to meet your client where they are. That’s where transformation begins. And that’s how you scale with integrity.
You can be the visionary and the strategist.
The guide and the authority.
But if your business is built entirely around you, it will always feel like a passion project, not a category-defining company.
The Power of Integration (Even When Life Gets Messy)
And while I wouldn’t call it a recommended strategy 😅, I can say this:
My business became an anchor.
A space I could show up for when everything else felt uncertain.
Not because I was bypassing my healing, but because I had built something that was meaningful enough to pour into.
This is why sustainability matters.
This is why aligned business models aren’t just about profit margins.
They’re about building something that supports your capacity—not drains it.
You Can’t Rush Embodiment
But would I be the mentor, the strategist, the leader I am now? No.
Every pivot, every misstep, every roundabout route brought me here. And while the entrepreneur in me would have loved to get here faster, the human in me knows: this timeline was right on time.
We’re not here to chase someone else’s trajectory.
We’re here to build the one that’s uniquely, undeniably ours.
Big Dreams Are Built On Devotion
The truth is, I’m holding big dreams. A retreat center has been on my heart for years. I can see it—the design, the energy, the ripple effect it will create. It’s not about “if.” It’s about trusting the divine timing of “when.”
And on a more immediate note, I’m dreaming about home. Real roots. After living in 15+ homes in my adult life, I’m ready to create a space that feels like forever. That level of devotion, of anchoring, is what I’m bringing into every part of my life and business right now.
Not just scaling revenue—but scaling rootedness.
Not just expanding the brand—but deepening the foundation.
Final Thought: Say Yes Like a Leader
Now, I ask myself:
Would I still say yes if this opportunity were happening tomorrow?
If not, it’s a no.
Because that’s the standard we get to hold at this level.
And that’s the kind of leadership I’m inviting you into.
